Existing Patients: Patients can save time in the office by filling out forms on-line, requesting non-urgent prescription refills, as well as reviewing Pre and Post – Operative instructions.

General Information About Surgery
In most cases, your surgery will be scheduled at an outpatient surgery center.
This office will notify you the day before your surgery (on Friday if your surgery is on Monday) for your arrival time at the surgical facility. Please be there at the specified time.
Remember: Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before surgery. If you do, the surgery will be canceled.
Please notify the surgical facility if you take any daily medications.
Your preoperative lab work and anesthesia interview will be scheduled at the outpatient center between the hours of 11:00am. and 1:30pm.
IMPORTANT: Please arrange to have someone available to drive you home after your surgery. You will not be allowed to drive yourself.
Please leave all jewelry at home. You cannot wear it in the operating room and the facility cannot be responsible for it.
Ladies should not wear makeup or fingernail polish the morning of surgery.
